Gesell Early Screener Child Recording Forms

NOTE: If using with pre-2021 manual, please be aware of the following updates in GES administration:

  1. The CRF no longer contains the script; please refer to the script in the manual.
  2. Numeracy task: If the child (regardless of chronological age) is successful at one-to-one correspondence and conservation for 4 pennies, then move on to 10 pennies.
  3. Interview task: If the child's chronological age is 4 or older, omit asking the child for their name.
